We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The property was stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous with pleasant staff from check-in to check-out. They gave us a deluxe twin room with absolutely stunning views: )

we had a real good holiday with generous and sumptuous breakfast. the in-house restaurant was excellent and offered outstanding meals.

The units were new-fashioned and the staff were extraordinarily polite and experienced people who made two excellent restaurant recommendations-and then made all the necessary arrangements. The hotel was gorgeous and ideal and in a very central location. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

The staff that we encountered were extraordinarily polite and attentive. Booked the hotel for its good and incredible location really close to vibrant Tokyo, shopping, and the Japanese parliament. In Tonkatsu Saboten you could have Japanese meals.

Overall it was well-appointed and nicely decorated on the top floors.

Tastefully decorated, brand-new rooms with Wi-Fi and a couch. Good and incredible spot very close to 4 different metro lines, shopping, food and coffee shops as well as Starbucks, and 3 metro stations. Also, on a subway line so very easy to commute.

Location: the hotel was really close to Harajuku, great bars, and Asakusa. Easily reached Itamae Sushi, located just a short walk away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware in the updated and big room.

The hotel was clean and had extraordinarily polite staff from check-in to check-out. The venue was in a very central setting near the Prime Minister's residence. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Benkeibori Moat.

The breakfast spread at Origami coffee house was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Felt most welcome, no complaint.

Excellent English-speaking staff attentive to your wishes. I asked for a blue-ray player to watch my newly purchased Kara no Kyokai blue-ray box (for which I ran all over Akihabara), a toaster, a wi-fi router and power adapter and all were delivered to my room without hesitation. Reservation through Booked.net was also handled very nicely: I asked for the highest available smoking room for my type and got one on 25th floor, which was right on the spot. Be careful: since I extended my stay for two more nights and had to move to a mirrored room on the same floor, I found that due to the proximity of office buildings windows in bathrooms on one side of the hotel are matted, which is no fun.
